Returns Policy

If there’s an issue with your order, please email B67@bsixtyseven.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

Include the following in your message:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue, if applicable

What happens next
We aim to review and respond to all requests within 7 working days.
If your return or refund is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
B67 does not accept unconfirmed returns.

Returned Items
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
We cannot accept returns that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not offer freight-to-collect services.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, B67 will return the funds to the original payment method in the same currency used at checkout.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Most items are eligible for return, but the following are not:

• Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks (hygiene reasons)
• Sample items
• Deliberately damaged items
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
• Items accurately produced using designs or tech packs provided by the purchaser
• Items no longer needed due to shipment delays caused by incorrect customer information (wrong address, phone number, etc.)


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Orders not yet in production can be fully canceled and refunded
• Orders already in production but not yet shipped can have the shipping fee refunded

Late Shipment Refunds

Small-volume orders
Production takes 3 to 7 working days. Items are shipped no later than the 8th working day after payment.
If you do not receive shipping or tracking information by the end of the 7th day, you may receive up to 10% of the commodity price as compensation.*

Bulk orders
Production takes 7 to 15 working days. Items are shipped no later than the 16th working day after payment.
If you do not receive shipping or tracking information by the end of the 16th day, you may receive up to 10% compensation.*

*Compensation does not apply when delays are caused by customer-side changes such as design updates, added requirements, incorrect address, or other misinformation. B67 determines what constitutes a relevant change.


How long do I have to submit a claim?

• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
